All technology implementation, software engineering, payment terminal configuration, and CCTV installation projects executed by AKMITS Services are governed by an approved Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Service Agreement (MSA) detailing deliverables, acceptance criteria, and milestones.
AKMITS Services engineers commercial CCTV and access control systems to agreed technical specifications, incorporating industry best practices in camera positioning, PoE networking, and NVR storage sizing.
AKMITS Services does not provide armed response or physical guard services. Surveillance systems are technical detection and recording tools designed to assist property operators. We do not make claims of "zero blind spots" or "absolute immunity" from external events.
Installed hardware (cameras, NVRs, switches, POS terminals, servers) carries original manufacturer warranties, which AKMITS Services coordinates on behalf of clients. Custom software and configurations are supported according to the post-deployment warranty period defined in each engagement contract.
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that all video surveillance and audio recording activities comply with local municipal, state, and federal privacy statutes, including posting appropriate signage where required by law.
These terms reflect standard corporate policies and may be updated periodically to maintain regulatory compliance.
